At IFA 2018, Huawei tagged on a nice little extra during their Kirin 980 and AI Cube announcements. Their flagship Huawei P20 Peo, which we reviewed recently, got a few more colour variants.
The Huawei P20 Pro, their flagship device, already has a couple of gradient colours in the line up. Today, at IFA 2018, Huawei dropped their Morpho Aurora, inspired by the Morpho butterfly, as well as the Pearl White, inspired by the elegance of mother-pf-pearl.
It was rather difficult to fully convey just how nice the Pearl White option was specifically as the lighting in the event was incredibly poor. The Pearl White has a glossy finish which will make it a little more difficult to get to grips with.
Then there’s the Morpho Aurora option which takes it’s cue from the butterfly with the same name. Check out Deep Look’s video on the butterfly in question to see just how the back of the Huawei P20 Pro will react to different light shards.
We’re yet to hear when these new colours will be available, however we’re expecting to hear more about these and any price differences, in the coming weeks.
